A Série: Gira em torno do papel da escritora e atriz de Saturday Night Live, Tina Fey, que vive Liz Lemon, responsável pela redação do programa de TV de ficção The Girlie Show. Apesar do trabalho aparentemente dos sonhos, Liz está quase enlouquecendo com as duas estrelas do show os atores Tracy Jordan e Jenna Maroney. Além de encarar Jack, o novo e exigente chefe desta atração, vivido por Alec Baldwin. Liz precisará de muito “jeitinho” para manter a sanidade e o emprego, administrando egos, exigências e neuroses de toda a equipe, sem deixar de lado as risadas que seu programa deve provocar.
